Service

Endram evaluates customer-configured rules against agent tool-call requests and can route calls for human approval. Customers remain responsible for policy design, connected systems, agent behavior, and the consequences of fail-open or fail-closed configuration.

Customer responsibilities

You must have authority to connect systems, protect credentials, validate policies in shadow mode, assign appropriate reviewers, and monitor enforcement outcomes. You may not use the service unlawfully or attempt to access another workspace.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew through Stripe until canceled. Current pricing, limits, status, and renewal information are shown before checkout and in the workspace. Taxes may apply.

Availability and liability

The service is provided subject to reasonable maintenance and security controls. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.
